Market/Stakeholder Engagement for Healthy Lifestyle Service, Weight Management Service (One You Kent) and NHS Health Checks

Kent County Council (KCC) is carrying out Market/Stakeholder Engagement Events in relation to healthy lifestyle, weight management services and NHS Health Checks that support adults who want to adopt and maintain healthier lifestyles and adults who want to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Lot 1: Kent County Council (KCC) currently commissions an integrated healthy lifestyle and weight management service, commonly known as One You Kent (OYK): One You Kent - Kent County Council and the NHS Health Check Service. To help shape future commissioning of these services, KCC is inviting all interested organisations to attend a Market/Stakeholder Engagement Event. The Council will be hosting up to three virtual Market/Stakeholder Engagement Events, which will follow the same agenda. Dates and times of these events are detailed below. • 16th July: 10:00-12:00 • 17th July: 10:00-12:00 • 18th July: 10:00-12:00 If you, or anyone else in your organisation, would be willing to contribute, please email Charlene.Weekes@kent.gov.uk by no later than 5pm 9th July 2024, informing Charlene Weekes which event you wish to attend, your organisation and attendees (including email addresses), and they will send you the meeting invite. The Council will analyse and review all responses and contributions from the Market/Stakeholder Engagement Events and use this information to help shape future commissioning of these services. The event will generate insights on areas such as: • Good practice examples • What are people you support telling you about how they would like to be supported and outcomes they want to achieve? • How demand, needs and service requirement have changed in recent years? • Innovation and targeting of services • Sustainability of health behaviours. Please be advised that this is not a call for competition and should not be perceived as an intention to procure services. The aim of these events is to only gather insights/intelligence, which will be used to inform future service delivery.
