Invitation to Tender - The Supply of Event Management Services for British Council Thailand 2024 - 2026

Tender description

British Council seeks professional event management company to provide event services, logistic, catering, photography and videography, design, printing and production, and other relevant services for a duration of 2 years with possibility of extension up to 1 year (9 August 2024 – 8 August 2026 with extension possibility up to 8 August 2027) and shall appoint multiple suppliers to fulfil event management needs during contract period. Event Management Suppliers are responsible for planning, organising, and executing events. Awarded suppliers are aimed to provides their services for some events below but not limited to another events hold by British Council Thailand:<br />1. New Directions East Asia 2024 (New Directions in English Language Assessment is the British Council’s flagship language testing and assessment conference. The conference provides perspectives and insight on trends and approaches in English language assessment at a local, regional, and international level)<br />2. Young Learner’s Speaking Competition (Young Learners’ Speaking Competition is the annual event hosted by British Council Teaching Centre. The competition allows contestants age between 6-17 to showcase their talents and English-speaking skills in public)<br />3. IELTS Fair (Education fair especially related to IELTS to capture interest and conversion from test takers, parents and teachers)
