Tender description

Housing Maintenance Lot 1: The Council has an ambitious planned maintenance programme for its housing stock and is seeking additional contractors to supplement its current contractual arrangements. It is intended that these contracts will be let in a number of specialist lots, which is likely to include: • Kitchens • Bathrooms • Windows • Roofing • Re wires It is considered that the contract will be of specific interest to SME's. The council will be providing more details of the contract on the afternoon Wednesday 10th July 2024 at a presentation in Welwyn Garden City.
