Tender description

This opportunity relates to the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as described within Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. A DPS is a procurement method which allows contracting authorities to pre-qualify suppliers who are then invited to submit a response to call for competitions, for subsequent contracts, which are to be awarded via the DPS. Trivallis is seeking the appointment of coaches to an initial 4-year Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of coaching services. Please note that Trivallis, utilising the Government procurement policy notice 11/20 have opted to reserve the opportunity to suppliers located within the geographical location of South Wales with a view to support domestic supply chains and promote resilience and capacity within the county. Any bids received from service providers who are based outside of South Wales will not be taken forward to evaluation.
