Cambridgeshire County Council - Transformation of Employment Opportunities for Adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism

Cambridgeshire County Council are seeking feedback from providers on the model in Cambridgeshire for the transformation of employment opportunities for adults with a learning disability and/or autism (or for dual LD/A with Mental Health). The Council has previously undertaken coproduction with individuals and their families and engaged with internal and external providers around supported employment. Feedback from this has proven invaluable. As it was a while ago, we are interested to know if anything has changed and to add to work to date to develop the model. Commissioners have recently visited providers to see supported employment in action and gain insights. This SMT will give you the opportunity to add anything further to those discussions and identify challenges and opportunities going forward.
