Software and Assurance Reseller Agreement

Digital Health and Care Wales ("DHCW") have a requirement to procure a Software and Assurance Reseller Agreement. The requirement of this Prior Information Notice ("PIN") and Request for Information ("RFI") is for both DHCW and the prospectus market to gain an understanding of needs and expectations. Lot 1: DHCW wish to implement a Software and Assurance Reseller Agreement; this being a Sole Supply Framework appointed to a third party Reseller that will be required to act as an intermediary. In line with PCR (2015), DHCW hope to have the opportunity to understand how the market can meet and fulfil the needs of this Sole Supplier framework; along with any considerations which need to be contemplated. The purpose of the PIN being to both inform the market and allow DHCW to seek advice in the planning and enrolling of the procurement exercise.. Responses to the PIN and RFI must be received via Bravo eTender Wales Solutions by no later than 12 Noon 28th June 2024.
