Tender description

A market engagement event for a Community Long- Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) Service for residents of Wokingham Borough Council to be delivered in Wokingham. This service is to be part of the ambitions to develop Community Women’s Health Hub. This market engagement is intended to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or the Council. WBC will not be liable for any costs that interested parties may incur by engaging in this market testing exercise. Suppliers, participating in the market engagement, will not be treated favourably in any potential related future procurements. Interested suppliers are required to complete a short questionnaire (Appendix 1) and return it using the messaging functionality of ProContract. Suppliers, who complete and return the questionnaire, may be invited to meet with Council representatives to discuss its requirements as part of an open discussion. There are no formal criteria, which we will use to evaluate the responses and they will not be scored; it is also not our intention to provide any feedback.
