The supplier will ensure that the nursing directorate is designed, including governance, roles and responsibilities, collaborative working, flows of information and KPI's to enable the Director of Nursing to discharge their responsibilities, including ensuring alignment to NHSBT's organisational strategy, cultural ambitions, and regulatory responsibilities. The initial phase will be discovery, which will also define key deliverables and success measures for subsequent work.
