Smart numbers have been used at NEAS for the past 8 years, this is a 3 year extension to Provide Smart Numbers for 999 and 111/PTS delivery, these protect the actual delivery numbers installed at HQ and Hebburn by placing a Smart Number in front of the actual delivery number.
