BBC 0624 - Re-Waterproofing of Asphalt Coverings to Flats at Holdbrook Court, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire

Broxbourne Council are looking to appoint a contractor to undertake re-waterproofing works of asphalt coverings to amenity areas and associated walkways at flats in Holdbrook Court, Queens Road, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, EN8 7SL.<br /><br />The Council are considering two options, details of which are in Specification A, asphalt renewals and Specification B, asphalt overlay works with some renewals, Bidders are asked to complete both specifications, the estimated price for Specification A is £100,000 - £115,000 and Specification B is £60,000 - £75,000.<br /><br />Further details can be found in the tender documents available for download from Supply Hertfordshire, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire, the Council's electronic tendering portal.
