Aberdeenshire Council is looking for a provider who can provide intensive support for vulnerable families who may be facing a number of challenges. The provider will deliver services in the family home to promote the health and well-being children between 0-5 years old and their families / carers. They will assist to build supportive and trusting relationships, as well as providing practical advice and support. The provider must be able to deliver these services locally and across the entirety of Aberdeenshire. The budget and service specification are subject to change. The contract length is expected to be 5 years. The start date remains flexible.
