consultation, design, and development, of an updated version of ResiData as a web application. Lot 1: The award of this contract will provide the consultation, design, and re-development of our existing Care Management System. This work also includes enhancements to module functionality. Description of Service - Training of administrators in the use of the new version of the Care Management System. - Delivery and configuration into Wheatley Group provided hosting environment. - Testing of all elements listed above and, as part of the project, to ensure performance is to the required standards and meets the testing criteria. This VEAT also covers support and licencing for up to five years (up to 625 user accounts per year).
