The second development consists of the demolition, renovation and extension of an existing two storey premises to form 4 no. maisonette units and the construction of a new two storey unit consisting of 4 no. maisonette, connect to existing public services and all ancillary and associated works at premises known as Briody Hardware, Main St, Kilnaleck, Co.
