***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the RM6126 Research & Insights Framework. Brief Description of Requirement UKRI has made a clear commitment to evaluating the TMF portfolio. Evaluations are expected to be embedded and delivered as part of a programme for the following reasons: • Evaluations demonstrate public funds accountability - evaluation provides an evidence base to demonstrate the impact of publicly-funded investment in the TMF (impact evaluation, including economic impact). By undertaking rigorous evaluation of the TMF, focused on its overall impact, we will learn valuable lessons and insights about the effectiveness of addressing objectives through missions-led approach. These insights have the potential to inform UKRI's future policy and funding framework. For this purpose, an impact and economic evaluation is proposed to assess the impact of the fund as a whole.
