A cloud-based, limited scope contact centre/reception system that integrates with Microsoft Teams. The system should provide routing for the main number (+353949064000), allowing for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and at least one call queue for the main reception. The primary agents should be able to manage the queue from an intuitive console or dashboard. The system should also provide for real-time and historical reporting.
