Grounds Maintenance Contractor for Yateley Town Council

Yateley Town Council intends to appoint a single provider for the provision of grounds maintenance services across Yateley, Frogmore and Darby Green. Prior to commencing the formal procurement exercise and through the publication of this Prior Information Notice, the Council wishes to notify the market of the upcoming opportunity, identify the level of interest, and invite feedback on the proposed commercial model and procurement procedure. Please note: Tender documents are not available at this time. The purpose of this Notice is for pre-procurement market engagement only. Lot 1: Grounds Maintenance Yateley Town Council intends to appoint a single provider for the provision of grounds maintenance services to landscaped areas, open spaces, sports and other areas across Yateley, Frogmore and Darby Green. Services will include but not be limited to: — cutting of grass and other vegetation, — sports pitch maintenance, — litter picking, waste clearing (including dumped waste), bin emptying, — ditch and drainage channel maintenance and clearing, — weeding, — play area maintenance, — maintenance of Heathlands Cemetery, — hanging baskets and summer bedding, — provision of an out of hours and emergency call out service. The Council also requires a Contractor to carry out Litter removal and Bin emptying (including dog bins and litter), Cutting of Grass and other Vegetation and Ditch Maintenance at Swan Lake Park, which may be tendered via a separate Lot.
