Tender description

The Staff Training and Support Offer (£1.4m in year 1 and £1.4m in year 2) is focused on creating a standard training for staff across inpatient wards on active listening and relational skills, including regular supervision and reflective spaces for teams to work with the complexity of their role and support patient safety. This investment will fund a supplier or partnership of suppliers with expertise in: successful delivery of interventions across the MHLDA inpatient sector; meaningful co-production; and multi-disciplinary partnership working to achieve measurable outcomes in staff and patient experience.
