Tender description

<br />The University of Warwick has a requirement for a Measured Term Contract for Building Works.<br /><br />This Pre-qualification document is being made available to all parties who have expressed an interest in the Building Works MTC Framework following the issue of the Prior Information Notice (reference: 2024/S 000-005290) in February 2024. <br /><br />The University of Warwick are looking to establish a Measured Term Framework Agreement for undertaking Building construction and refurbishment projects including, but not limited to, new build, extensions and refurbishments with Contractors Design, where required. The scope for Works is valued up to £75,000 (seventy five thousand pounds) exc VAT per project plus Contractors Design fees. The Framework Agreement will provide for the delivery of projects across the entire University of Warwick Estate, Coventry and include the Stratford Innovation Campus at Wellesbourne. The works are predominatley building/refurbishment, although may also include other related requirements such as Mechanical, Electrical and other subcontracts. <br /><br />Please refer to http://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick for further information.
