TVCA-PROC-0375 Retrofit Skills Pilot Formative Evaluation

Tender description

Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) (‘the contracting authority’) on behalf of The North East and Yorkshire (NEY) Net Zero Hub are seeking quotations for a provider to deliver formative evaluation of a Retrofit Skills Pilot programme comprising 4 discrete activities delivered by external partners and a Delivery Innovation Fund providing grant support aimed at education providers trialing new resources for course delivery or staff development. The provider will work with the project sponsors and delivery partners to develop and assess robust KPIs, associated impacts and key learnings and to draw together all findings into a final programme report which will synthesise the pilot programme in a way that optimises value, learning and provides recommendations for future activity.
