Derry City and Strabane District Council invites tenders to provide the service for Foyle Street Environmental Improvement Scheme. The project is for the provision of a The Contract is for the provision of an architects-led design team to provide architectural services for an Environmental Improvement Project based upon RIBA Plan of Works 2013 stages 0 to 4 inclusive for Foyle Street. • The scheme will consist of a series of physical regeneration interventions designed to enhance this key city centre street. • The interventions will include new paving, kerb realignment, installation of street furniture, proposed rainwater garden, hard and soft landscaping.
