Supply of Air Conditioners for British High Commission in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Tender description

The British High Commission in Dhaka requires services of a professionally competent contractor, who is able to supply Daikin Heat & Cool Air Conditioner. This requirement also includes supply of spare parts. The requirement of ACs has been finalised for the current financial year and there is a plan to procure in next four years. We intend to procure 20 units of 1.5 Ton ACs and 40 units of 2 Ton ACs in the current fiscal year. Plan for next 4 years include a total supply of 100 more units of 1.5 Ton ACs, and 60 units of 2 Ton ACs, by the end of 2029. The contract is expected to commence from 25th July 2024 and should be initially valid for a period of one year till 24th of July 2025. There will be a possibility of extension of the contract for another two years on 1+1 basis-based on supplier’s competitiveness of rates and authority’s continued business requirement.
