Provision for providing Legal Services to the British High Commission in India

Tender description

The British High Commission intends to empanel through a competitive process one or more, legal firm having Pan-India outreach to obtain legal advice and litigation related support. The objective of the legal firm is to provide professional legal advice and representation of the highest quality, adapted to British High Commission's specific requirements. The contract will have an Agreed Rate Card established for various Expertise level (based on Qualification, Skills and Experience), that will be applicable for the entire performance period of these contracts. Draw-down work/assignment will be awarded based on Request for Quote (RfQ) or Effort Estimations submitted by the empanel suppliers. Direct Awards will be possible where the initial work has been undertaken by a particular supplier. These contracts will be initially for a period of two (2) years, with a possibility of extensions for up to two more years, subject to satisfactory supplier performance and continued business requirement at BHC New Delhi.
