This exercise is being undertaken via our electronic tendering portal 'The Chest' https://procontract.due-north.com\r Ref: DN717236\r \r Blackpool's Occupational Health Service provides a range of services to all departments within the authority, including schools. We also provide services to other small local authorities, wholly owned companies, Academies and ad-hoc requests from small businesses. \r \r We require a specialist OHP (minimum Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) in order to assist with our in-house nurse-led service in order to achieve a full range of services. This will include:\r - regular attendance for on-site clinic sessions\r - HAVS surveillance & ill health retirement\r - providing written instructions for administration of Flu & Hep B vaccinations\r - Clinical governance & policy development advice\r \r The original contract term is 12 months (with 3 x 12 month options to extend)
