Domestic Paint Amnesty Scheme for Kildare County Council 2024

Kildare County Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably competent and licensed waste management and collection companies to partner with us for the proposed domestic paint amnesty 2024. The amnesty event will be only open to ordinary members of the public and is not available to commercial operators. It will required the successful operator to, 1) Provide a suitable location 2) To operate the scheme for one day only in 2024 3) To allow ordinary members of the public to drop off unused or partially used paint (no larger tins than 10 litres) to a collection site free of charge 4) The operator shall collect, store and then arrange for the correct disposal of this waste material 5) Full records maintained in relation to quantities and disposal records.
