Tender description
Cornwall Council has a responsibility to ensure that there is a range of support services for Homeless Young People, Care Leavers and Young Parents/Families. The current Supported Accommodation contracts provide accommodation with support, to enable Young People, Care Leavers and Young Parents/Families that are at risk of homelessness to live semi-independently. The current model is being reviewed, to understand what works well and where there are challenges and gaps. This is your opportunity to help shape the future delivery and input into the Specification. The current model is linked to accommodation.
