WNC CCTV Monitoring - AWARD

Tender description

The Council requires the provision of CCTV Monitoring Services which are carried out on a 24 hour, 365 days per year basis. The Services shall include (but will not be limited to) o A CCTV monitoring service, with links to areas of West Northamptonshire and Wellingborough o CCTV monitoring of certain retail parks and industrial sites o CCTV monitoring of housing sites and other council properties o Retail Radio and Pubwatch links o Supporting the Emergency Planning of the Council. o General monitoring of approximately 500 cameras o Maintaining numerous radio links o Fire alarm testing o Liaison with outside bodies (e.g. Blue Light Services etc) o Incident reporting o Digital management o Response to emergency call outs o Providing intelligence logs to the Police o Provision of statistical data in support of the service o Receiving general enquiries from members of the public o Liaison with other operators and camera engineers on a daily basis o Fault logging and monitoring with all contractors o Radio training (members) - some travel may be required and the Contractor should provide insurance cover and travel costs o Liaison with internal Council departments.
