Preliminary market consultation for ICT Support Services

The National Transport Authority is a statutory non-commercial body, which operates under the aegis of the Department of Transport. It was established under legislation as set out in the Dublin Transport Authority Act 2008. The Authority envisages a requirement is for an experienced IT service provider who can provide technical support and expertise to maintain and develop ICT elements of the Authority’s business systems. The requirements may include a range of support services, some of which will be on an on-going basis and others as needs arise. Additionally, the requirements may include involve the provision of operation support and development services for bespoke business applications, and for ad hoc tasks on customisable end-user systems such as Databases, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Business Intelligence and any other business systems that may be selected by the Authority in future.
