Life Opportunities for Adults in Norfolk - Lot 2 Older People and People with Physical Disabilities (Framework Agreement)

Norfolk County Council has added an additional lot to The Life Opportunities Framework Agreement for adults in Norfolk. This new Lot is for the provision of services for Older People, People with Physical Disabilities, and People living with Dementia. We initially opened this Framework for the provision of service for People with Learning Disability and or Autism (PWLDA) under Lot 1, and have now added Lot 2 for Older People, People with Physical Disabilities and People living with Dementia (OP/PD/De). Lot 1: Norfolk County Council has added a lot to the open framework delivering life opportunities to adults in Norfolk. We initially opened this Framework for the provision of service for People with Learning Disability and or Autism (PWLDA) under Lot 1. We now wish to add Lot 2 for Older People, People with Physical Disabilities and People living with Dementia (OP/PD/De). Additional information: The initial term of the Life Opportunities Framework for Adults in Norfolk is for 5 years with the option to be extended by up to 5 years. The value given is an estimate for the whole framework over the entire term.
