Tender description
We require renewal of Juniper Support and Maintenance coverage on the below list of Juniper firewall services over a 36 month contract term. Service support levels are to be maintained in line with those of the current service contracts, unless otherwise highlighted. Note, that two line items (SKU’s SRX4100-SYS-JB-AC) are under support up until mid October 2024. As a part of this requisition, we would like support to be co-termed to end on the 31st May 2027.
