This contract is split in to 2 lots: Provision of services to improve database accuracy, credit checking and tracing services for Council Tax and NDR Lot 1 • The provision of discount review services for council tax. • The provision of credit reference checks for debt collection (including propensity to pay and vulnerability) and tracing facilities for absconders who have council tax debts and Parking debts. • The provision of review services in respect of the New Homes Bonus for council tax. Lot 2 • The provision of review services to identify new domestic dwellings not included on the council tax database.
