REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/MARKET SOUNDING relating to proposed invitation to tender for Social and Therapeutic Services for Older Persons Services in CHO4

Tender description

The purpose of this request for information is to gather information regarding the availability and the capacity of suppliers that would be in a position to provide a Social and Therapeutic Services for people in the HSE sites, including but not limited to residential/day care settings, the HSE Community Hospitals in CHO4, etc. (providing services to approx. 9 locations – 500 people).The service should include the following, but should not be limited to activities like arts and craft, board games, music, gardening, and other recreational activities, i.e. Bingo, quizzes, hand massage, etc. and seasonal celebrations. The services provided would be somewhat standard across all sites, with each site having its own individual requirement i.e. each site requires a supplier to provide Social and Therapeutic Services to its service users. There is a requirement to include one-to-one activities in conjunction with group activities, as the service users’ needs may require.
