Non-Domestic Gas Service & Response Maintenance

Tender description

Places for People has sought to appoint a contract for Non-Domestic Gas Servicing & Responsive Maintenance for a three (3) year initial term, with an option to extend for a further two 12 month periods (3+1+1). Lot 1: Edinburgh & South Scotland The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment. Lot 2: North East The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment. Lot 3: Yorkshire & Humberside The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment. Lot 4: North West The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment. Lot 5: North Midlands The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment. Lot 6: South Midlands & East Anglia The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment.
