Tender description
The SERVICE PROVIDER will be required to provide a travel management services in <br />accordance with best practices and procedures. The services shall include, but not be limited <br />to, the following: <br />(a) Individual Domestic and International air travel <br />(b) Group Domestic and International air travel <br />(c) Competitive and discounted fares, rate negotiations <br />(d) The provider shall process all requests to amend, exchange, cancel travel <br />reservations and ensure the refund <br />(e) Hotel reservations<br />(f) Events management / reservations<br />British Council ITT 8<br />(g) No visa and passport services are needed <br />(h) Airport drop-off/pick-ups, transfers are needed
