The objective of this Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) notice is to inform the market of United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust intention to enter into a contract with Vision RT Limited in accordance with Article 32.2(b)(ii) of Directive 2014/24/EU (i.e. Competition is absent for technical reasons).<br/>• The value of the contract is £340,564.00 plus VAT<br/>The term of the contract is for 4 years Lot 1: Vision RT Limited have exclusivity relating to the supply of spare parts and the maintenance of medical equipment manufactured and distributed by the company in the UK and Ireland for the ranges of products of the Medical division specific to radiotherapy devices.<br/><br/>• Vision RT Limited supply the spare parts used for preventive maintenance or repair of our equipment, hardware upgrades and additions, and software updates and upgrades. <br/><br/>• Preventive and corrective maintenance services are carried out by Vision RT Limited engineers who are trained and authorised directly by Vision RT. <br/><br/>• Vision RT Limited certified employees can deliver field service support, clinical applications support, remote technical support, and access to the customer portal and learning platform for training. <br/><br/>This is a contract Award notice for the services.
