NTWLBENG01 Ashford Borough Council is publishing this advert and procurement documentation on behalf of Ashford International Development Company who are looking to procure a company to provide the following; This project is to provide Structural and Civil Engineering Design for the listed building works as part of the Newtown Works project. At the time of the Tender Submission, the Employer has yet to fully secure the funding for these works, it is anticipated that confirmation of funding will be received during the course of the tender process however there is a risk that funding will not be obtained. The Contractor shall be deemed to have accepted this risk and accepted that there is no financial obligation from the Client or members of the Client team relating to this tender.
