Invitation to Tender for the provision of Habilitation Services to Visually Impaired Children and Young People

Tender description

This tender relates to the provision of an Habilitation specialist to specifically support Herefordshire’s visually impaired children and young people with their daily living skills, mobility and independence. The contract will initially be for up to three years from 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2027, with an option to extend for up to a further two years to 31st October 2029 pending governance rules, acceptable provider performance reviews, and confirmation of funding.
