Tender description

**** This is the second reopening of the Framework following the original tender exercise in 2024 *** Independent Specialist Placements for children with SEND provides educational support for children and young people between the ages of 0-25 who have a special educational need and/or disability. This can be provided through nursery, school and college settings. The re-commissioned Flexible Framework will cease the current Framework. This contract falls under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (LTR) - Regulations 74 to 77. As such, the City Council will place an advert in Find a Tender Service (FTS), publish an award notice and comply with the principles of transparency and equal treatment. The Flexible approach means that the Tender will open at set periods to allow new Providers onto the Framework.
