Scope has been amended to remove M&E Services for Energy centre and include Planning Consultant. The value of the contract has been increased to £7,063,222.68 in accordance with regulation 72. It is expected that the contract will be novated to the Main Contractor at RIBA 4 with a value of £4,889,185.12 in total. The remainder of work will be carried out under the Main Contractor. Lead Designer and Architectural design services in respect of the proposed building contract for the CHASE project, located on City Campus West, Newcastle upon Tyne.
