Contract Award - Argyll and Bute Council are seeking to secure offers for the provision of a new work boat for operations within Oban Municipal Harbour. Contract Award Notification of the below procurement: Argyll and Bute Council Marine Services provide a diverse range of support operations within Oban Municipal Harbour. The council is committed to enhancing the efficiency and effectives of its marine services and this procurement is a key step towards ensuring the infrastructure and resources are in place to support Oban Harbours ongoing and future needs. The current work boat is no longer fit for purpose and therefore requires replacement. As a critical asset for the maintenance, management and emergency response tasks associated with the harbours activities the new vessel will be required to meet the minimum standards as outlined in the specification.
