SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLISHING AND ENGAGEMENT - LOT 2 (REF: CPT_23_36)

Tender description

A two year contract with the option to extend for one year has been awarded for Social Media Publishing, Engagement, Analytics, Monitoring and Listening Services to the NAO. This contract was advertised through Contracts Finder and suppliers were able to tender for Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both Lots. Lot 1 was for social media publishing and engagement, to allow for the creation, scheduling and publishing of content to multiple platforms, and engaging with users who make any direct mentions of the NAO. The service had to include publishing to Twitter and LinkedIn. Lot 2 was for social media analytics, monitoring and listening to include customisable reports covering both our own channels and conversations driven by our campaigns, including media coverage and stakeholder engagement. It also covers live monitoring of our channels, plus monitoring and listening using multiple search queries for key topics and influencers, allowing for complex query filtering.
