PDMS SignedUp Skills Platform is an employment and skills platform that enables economic regions to empower its citizens with an improved understanding and awareness of their local employment and skills landscape. This platform has been developed by the Growthworks with Skills Project (the skills workstream of the wider Business Growth Service ‘Growthworks’ As part of the closure of ESF funded ‘Starhub (Skills Brokerage)’ the Platform and is associated costs transfers to the CPCA.
