Provision of Play Area Maintenance

Tender description

The Play Area Maintenance Contract will cover the 36 play area sites within the district , see appendix 1A for locations. The contract will provide a reactive maintenance programme of repair works and assist the council to maintain the Play Areas on a programmed basis, against national standards, to ensure they are clean, well maintained, safe secure and healthy places for all members of the public to use. The contract term will be for three years plus one possible extension of 12 months, to be awarded at the sole discretion of the council.
