Portugal - HRO services and contact-centre outsourcing solution

The British Council in Portugal would like to receive proposals for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) services and a contact-centre outsourcing solution. <br />We would like your proposal for the British Council Contact Centre in Portugal in regards to People and Technology. We are looking to engage with a vendor that will provide the best for purpose solutions for our Organisation providing information on the ultimate number of agents. <br />The supplier should be preferably located or has a branch in Portugal as it is a requirement that the outsourced staff will speak European Portuguese and English proficiently, and that recruitment-payroll is aligned with Portugal tax and labour law.<br />The contract will have a duration of 2 years with a possibility of extension.<br />The description of the requirements is clearly defined in the RFP document.
