Expression of Interest for the Provision of a Licensing Software System

Tender description

Blackpool Council is conducting a pre-procurement market engagement to better understand what Licensing IT solutions are available for the Licensing Service who are looking for a new system capable of the administration of applications, processing and issuing of licences across multiple disciplines including, but not limited to, alcohol licensing, taxi and private hire licensing, gambling premises and scrap metal dealers. This will assist the Council to determine options and will inform any potential forthcoming procurement exercise.
