Bydd sesiynau cwrdd a'r prynwr ynghlwm a darpariaeth gofal cartref yng Ngwynedd yn cael ei gynnal yng Nghanolfan Gymunedol Prenteg, Porthmadog ar ddydd Gwener, 19eg o Ionawr, 2024. Yma bydd slotiau 1:1 ar gael rhwng 12 a 4 o'r gloch. I dderbyn slot bydd angen i chi yrru e-bost i cerilowrijones@gwynedd.llyw.cymru cyn y 17/01/2024. Meet the Buyer sessions in connection with domiciliary care provision in Gwynedd will be run at the Prenteg Community Centre, Porthmadog on Friday, 19th of January, 2024. 1:1 slots will be available between 12 and 4 o'clock. Please send an e-mail to cerilowrijones@gwynedd.llyw.cymru before the 17/01/2024 to arrange a slot. Lot 2: Porthmadog Mae'r Cyngor a'r BIPBC yn caffael ar gyfer darparu gwasanaeth Gofal Cartref i gefnogi pawb sy'n derbyn gwasanaethau gofal a chymorth yn ardal Porthmadog. Rydym yn chwilio am ddarparwr sy'n gweithio drwy ddilyn egwyddorion y model newydd o weithio sef yr 'outcome based model'. The Council and BCUHB are procuring for the provision of Domiciliary Care service to support all the people who are in receipt of care and support services in the Porthmadog area. We are looking for a provider that works and follows the principles of the new 'outcome based model'. Lot 1: Blaenau Ffestiniog Mae’r Cyngor a BIPBC yn caffael ar gyfer darparu gwasanaeth Gofal Cartref i gefnogi pawb sy’n derbyn gwasanaethau gofal a chymorth yn ardal Blaenau Ffestiniog. Rydym yn chwilio am ddarparwr sy'n gweithio drwy ddilyn egwyddorion y model newydd o weithio sef yr'outcome based model'. The Council and BCUHB are procuring for the provision of Domiciliary Care service to support all people who are in receipt of care and support services in the Blaenau Ffestiniog Area.
