Adaptations for Council tenants

Tender description

Constellia will be procuring on behalf of Bristol City Council an architect to support adaptions to council properties to meet the needs of tenants. The services required include obtaining statutory approvals, including Planning Approval & Building Regulations Approval, and then production of tender documentation for adaptation work. The adaptations include work such as an extensions to provide ground floor wheelchair accessible living, door widening, level access showers and external ramping and access to the rear gardens.
