Completion of tasks associated with the assessment of proposed development put forward in pre-application enquiries and in planning applications. Assessment of such applications against the Development Plan and all material planning considerations. Liaison with applicant, agents, consultees, Members and all other stakeholders in the process. Production of case officer reports setting out their complete assessment of the application and setting out a recommended decision for the application, including and controls to be put in place by condition or legal agreements.
