Provision of vehicles on hire shall depend on the Customers individual requirements within British Council travel policies. <br />Please note that this service will be included on our in-house facilities software.<br /><br />7.2 As a minimum requirement each Vehicle Order shall specify:<br />• The Customer hiring the vehicle.<br />• The name of the driver.<br />• Contact telephone number, email address of the Supplier and Customer.<br />• Special requirements, such as roof racks, ramp for disabled etc.<br />• The date, time and place of commencement of hire.<br />• The date, time and place of termination of hire.<br />• Flight details in the case of delivery/pick up to/from the airport<br />
