Market insight questionnaire - design and development of future service delivery models for care at home services across the key areas of: Home Care, Reablement, Night Owls and Children’s Complex Care. Lot 1: The contracting authority is seeking to engage with leading and reputable providers in the design and development of future service delivery models for care at home services across the four key areas of:- • Home Care • Reablement • Night Owls and • Children’s Complex Care. The contracting authority is keen to hear from any organisations who are currently providing these services to further understand: • Interest in working in Southwark • Views on operating models, including models of care • Pricing • Preferred contractual arrangements, and • Potential challenges, issues and/or risks. Interested parties are to complete a market insight questionnaire which can be downloaded from the portal and to return it via the portal not later than Friday 24th May 2024.
