To provide a call handling function for Mersey Care's community nursing in Knowsley Lot 1: MCFT intends to contract with St Helens ROTA Ltd, 9 Appold Street, Liverpool Street, EC2A 2AP to provide a call handling function for Mersey Care's community nursing in Knowsley. The contract value is approximately £10,080. MCFT is currently in contract with St Helens ROTA and has been for a number of years. For the new contract MCFT intends to contract for the service for a period of a further 12 months on a rolling three month basis from 01 April 2024.. It is intended to award the contract in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime Regulations under Direct Award Process C where there is an existing provider for the services and that existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed new contract, and where additionally the services are not changing considerably.
